POSITION SUMMARY  

The Events Manager serves as an experienced event professional responsible for coordinating and executing a broad range of meetings, conferences, summits, and member engagement events across the Americas, APAC, and EMEA regions. This role independently manages event workstreams, partners with vendors and stakeholders, and provides operational leadership to ensure high-quality attendee experience.  

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES 

  • Coordinate and execute assigned events from planning through post-event evaluation. 
  • Manage registration systems, attendee communications, event websites, and reporting. 
  • Lead logistics planning for meetings, summits, Communities of Interest (COI), executive, and member events. 
  • Coordinate speaker logistics, session management, and event production requirements. 
  • Manage relationships with venues, suppliers, and event service providers.  
  • Track event budgets, expenses, purchase orders, and invoice reconciliation. 
  • Develop event timelines, project plans, and operational run-of-show documents. 
  • Analyze event metrics and attendee feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement. 
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Membership, Marketing, Threat Intelligence, Technology, Finance, and Executive Leadership. 
  • Provide onsite leadership and problem-solving during events. 
  • Support strategic event planning initiatives and process improvements. 

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS 

Required: 

  • A minimum of four years of event management, meeting planning, nonprofit association management, hospitality, or related experience. 
  • Demonstrated experience supporting conferences, meetings, or large-scale events. 
  • Experience managing vendors, contracts, and event budgets. 
  • Proficiency with event management systems, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite. 
  • Strong project management and organizational skills. 
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines. 
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. 
  • Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally, including occasional evening and weekend work. 

Preferred: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in event management, hospitality management, business administration, communications, tourism management or a related field. 
  • Experience supporting global events across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific regions. 
  • Experience with association, non-profit, cybersecurity, financial services, or member-based organizations. 
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Cvent, or similar event management platforms. 

WORK ENVIRONMENT 

This is a hybrid/remote position that reports to the Singapore headquarters (Two days per week in office required). This position must be able to travel domestically and internationally as required for meetings, organizational events, conferences, and team collaboration activities.  Employees are expected to maintain a professional and safe work environment. COMPENSATION 

Full-Time Annual Salary Range: (65,000-85,000 Singaporean Dollar) Individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to, business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

Incentive Compensation: This position is eligible to participate in the organization’s discretionary annual incentive/bonus plan subject to plan terms in addition to individual and organizational performance.
