Responsible for maintaining product and process quality in a manufacturing environment. Duties include conducting audits, inspections, and testing; analyzing first-pass yield and nonconformance data; developing CAPA plans; training quality personnel; improving processes; maintaining 5S and PPE compliance; and sustaining an ISO-compliant Quality Management System. The role requires collaboration across teams, flexibility for overtime, and up to 10% domestic travel.

Maintains and enhances the PRMS production and resource management platform on IBM i. Develops RPG/RPGLE applications supporting manufacturing, inventory, and order management; manages integrations, system performance, backups, and recovery. Gathers requirements, delivers enhancements, documents solutions, supports users, and provides training. Collaborates with operations, supply chain, finance, and other stakeholders to improve production efficiency, inventory accuracy, and order fulfillment.

Leads complex manufacturing projects from concept through implementation, including capacity expansions, facility projects, equipment installations, process improvements, and production layout changes. Develops scopes, schedules, budgets, business cases, and risk mitigation plans while coordinating cross-functional teams, contractors, and vendors. Applies Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methods to improve safety, quality, productivity, throughput, and costs. Ensures compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental requirements and reports project performance to leadership.

Supports product compliance for commercial fryers by maintaining technical files, interpreting regulations and safety standards, coordinating testing and certifications, assessing engineering changes, tracking compliance requirements, documenting risks, and supporting audits and corrective actions. Works cross-functionally with design, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and third-party laboratories. The role is office-based with periodic manufacturing or laboratory exposure and up to 15% domestic travel.

Provides sales support by coordinating with outside sales teams, factory representatives, dealers, and internal departments. Processes and monitors purchase orders, responds to sales inquiries, provides product information, maintains customer records, resolves routine order and delivery issues, and supports logistics. The role requires strong communication, organization, multitasking, customer service, and Microsoft Office skills in a fast-paced office environment.
