Govern integration patterns, Clean Core, BTP extensions, master data, migration, architecture standards, risks, dependencies, technology roadmaps, and implementation sequencing.

Leads Workday and enterprise business application architecture, roadmap planning, integrations, data quality, security, releases, and continuous improvement. Partners with HR, Finance, HRIS, Payroll, IT leadership, vendors, and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable solutions. Oversees program governance, risk management, executive reporting, implementation planning, system performance, compliance, documentation, training, and end-user adoption.

Manage customer relationships for an AI and automation SaaS platform. Use Customer Success metrics to generate actionable insights, build scalable customer-centric processes, and collaborate with sales and product leadership. The role requires a hands-on, entrepreneurial approach to experimenting with new strategies and supporting renowned customers in a fast-growing company. This is an in-office position at the company’s San Francisco headquarters.
