Builds stakeholder relationships, coordinates community programs, represents the credit union at events, supports marketing materials and social media content, and resolves issues affecting member service. Supervises staff, manages schedules and performance, and requires evening, weekend, and local event participation.

Leads membership growth, corporate partnership development, community engagement, sponsorships, and media representation for a credit union. Serves as spokesperson, manages B2B relationships, delivers financial wellness programs, supports localized marketing campaigns, tracks growth KPIs, and supervises staff. Represents the organization at community events, including evenings and weekends, while coordinating event setup, public engagement, and promotional content.

Leads marketing communications strategy and execution for credit union products, services, campaigns, member journeys, internal communications, and brand initiatives. Oversees digital and traditional media, lead generation, agency relationships, budgets, KPIs, and ROI. Supervises, coaches, trains, and evaluates marketing communications staff while partnering with leadership and cross-functional teams to support member acquisition, retention, and growth.

Leads the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of complex software, APIs, integrations, databases, and core banking applications. Provides technical leadership, supervision, mentoring, architecture guidance, code quality oversight, and project coordination. Translates business requirements into secure, scalable solutions using Java, C#, JavaScript, SQL, and Azure Integration Services.
