Leads marketing communications strategy and execution for credit union products, services, campaigns, member journeys, internal communications, and brand initiatives. Oversees digital and traditional media, lead generation, agency relationships, budgets, KPIs, and ROI. Supervises, coaches, trains, and evaluates marketing communications staff while partnering with leadership and cross-functional teams to support member acquisition, retention, and growth.

Analyzes member, market, marketing, and operational data to produce reports, forecasts, predictive insights, and actionable recommendations. Manages loyalty program reporting, research initiatives, data feeds, segmentation, and member behavior analysis. Collaborates with stakeholders and presents findings to executives and cross-functional teams in clear, nontechnical language.

Leads the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of complex software, APIs, integrations, databases, and core banking applications. Provides technical leadership, supervision, mentoring, architecture guidance, code quality oversight, and project coordination. Translates business requirements into secure, scalable solutions using Java, C#, JavaScript, SQL, and Azure Integration Services. Promotes secure coding, automated delivery, responsible AI-assisted development, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
