Teams at Frontwave Credit Union

Administers, maintains, tests, upgrades, and supports enterprise lending and collections applications. Coordinates with internal departments, vendors, and loan origination system providers on enhancements, releases, troubleshooting, compliance alerts, reporting, and system performance. Gathers and analyzes data, develops test plans, supports project initiatives, improves processes, documents procedures, and participates in disaster recovery planning. Requires strong financial services and lending knowledge, analytical ability, communication skills, and attention to detail.

Performs portfolio accounting, journal entries, account reconciliations, and accounting for fixed assets, prepaid expenses, and deferred fees or income. Monitors revenue and expense accounts, records appropriate entries, completes weekly and monthly processes, updates procedures, identifies efficiencies, and supports department projects. Requires one to three years of accounting experience and preferably a bachelor's degree in accounting.

Drives credit union membership, loan, and deposit growth through employer-group partnerships, community relations, sponsorships, public relations, financial education, and event participation. Builds stakeholder relationships, coordinates community programs, represents the credit union at events, supports marketing materials and social media content, and resolves issues affecting member service. Supervises staff, manages schedules and performance, and requires evening, weekend, and local event participation.
