Teams at Frontline Management

Manage a caseload of skilled nursing residents by coordinating medically related social services, navigating community resources, assisting with Medicaid applications, supporting admissions/discharges, scheduling care conferences, and communicating with managed care/insurance case managers to ensure resident well-being and appropriate certification.

Designs, plans, and leads activity programs to enhance residents' physical, mental, and social well-being. Coordinates volunteers, community events, budgets, calendars, and resident outings; maintains participation records and safe, engaging activity spaces.

Provide meal service and dining support for residents in a skilled nursing facility: set up and clear dining areas, assist with meal preparation, deliver trays, clean and sanitize food service areas, and restock supplies to ensure a safe, clean dining environment.
