Lead a 20-person platform engineering org to define and execute platform strategy (cloud, internal developer platform, AI/LLM tooling, frontend/backend platforms, quality, and security). Remove friction so product teams ship faster and at higher quality, set architecture/standards, manage tech debt, mentor leaders, and measure developer experience and platform adoption.
