Own investigation and resolution of complex technical issues across APIs, integrations, authentication, provisioning, and product behavior. Guide customers and developers via email, chat, and calls; create high-quality bug reports and troubleshooting guides; collaborate with Product and Engineering to identify root causes and improve product and support processes. Contribute to documentation, AI knowledge sources, and automation to scale support.

Contribute creative ideas and execute polished designs across social, internal comms, presentations, campaigns, events and video. Take briefs, collaborate with writers and designers, iterate quickly on feedback, and raise the studios overall creative quality.

Manage and grow Frontify’s consultancy partner ecosystem by identifying, onboarding, and enabling consultancies. Drive partner-sourced revenue and pipeline, coordinate enablement, track performance with data, collaborate cross-functionally, represent Frontify at events, and contribute strategic ideas to scale the partner program.
