Leads firearms department sales and daily operations, provides product guidance and coaching, supports inventory and transactions, and ensures compliance with ATF Form 4473 procedures, NFA requirements, and federal and state firearms laws. Oversees the sales floor when management is absent, promotes safe handling, resolves client concerns, supports events and promotions, and coordinates with retail, range, and training teams.

Ensure safety, security, and compliance on a firearms range by monitoring operations, enforcing safety protocols, interacting with patrons, responding to incidents, maintaining access control, assisting with opening/closing and equipment checks, and completing incident reports. Support training and coordinate with emergency responders as needed.

Lead firearms sales, drive revenue, coach sales associates, ensure ATF Form 4473 compliance and safe handling, manage daily firearms floor operations, support inventory and events, and escalate legal or safety issues to management.

Ensure safety, security, and compliance at a firearms range by monitoring operations, enforcing safety rules, intervening in unsafe behavior, responding to incidents, coordinating with emergency responders, writing reports, and supporting daily range operations and customer interactions.

Provide client-focused firearms sales and education, process transactions and Form 4473 compliance, maintain POS and CRM records, stock and secure merchandise, support range services, and uphold safety protocols while collaborating with team members to resolve client inquiries.

Provide customer-focused firearms sales and education, maintain product knowledge, process transactions and compliance paperwork (including ATF Form 4473), support store merchandising and inventory, de-escalate customer issues, and participate in training and safety protocols to ensure a safe, compliant retail environment.

Protects range safety by monitoring operations, enforcing firearm safety rules, controlling access, de-escalating incidents, responding to emergencies, coordinating with law enforcement/EMS, documenting incidents, and supporting daily range opening/closing and maintenance tasks while providing customer service and safety education.
