Outside-sales role responsible for generating new consumer and business deposit accounts through in-person outreach, phone contact, and community engagement. Acts as SME on deposit products and business banking services, cross-sells solutions, partners with branch teams for warm handoffs, meets deposit and account goals, and participates in community events. Ensures regulatory and BSA compliance and provides training and proposals as needed.

Build and manage relationships with local high schools to grow the School Spirit Card Program. Promote the program at events, drive new memberships and checking accounts, coordinate onboarding with branches, execute outreach and marketing strategies, track program performance, and provide excellent member service while ensuring regulatory compliance.
