Outside-sales role responsible for generating new consumer and business deposit accounts through in-person outreach, phone contact, and community engagement. Acts as SME on deposit products and business banking services, cross-sells solutions, partners with branch teams for warm handoffs, meets deposit and account goals, and participates in community events. Ensures regulatory and BSA compliance and provides training and proposals as needed.

Designs, delivers, and administers employee training programs including orientation, teller and technical training, compliance, and eLearning. Manages LMS, evaluates outcomes, develops materials, supports organizational development, and coordinates training logistics and reporting.
