Owns the organization’s organic social strategy and daily presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms. Responsibilities include content planning, shooting, editing, publishing, community management, monitoring, compliance, performance reporting, competitive analysis, and A/B testing. The role develops social, video, digital signage, branch, and educational content while collaborating with marketing, creative, paid media, PR, legal, compliance, and business teams.
