Handles day-to-day accounting for senior living communities, including journal entries, reconciliations, intercompany transactions, month-end close, financial statements, billing, collections, payables review, vendor records, 1099 filings, budgeting, forecasting, audits, and tax support. The role also trains an Accounting Assistant and supports AR and AP activities.

Drives occupancy for assisted living communities through sales and marketing strategies, lead generation, referral relationships, community events, tours, and follow-up. Maintains lead tracking, sales reports, marketing materials, budgets, and competitive analyses. Supports move-ins, trains team members on customer service and tours, monitors community presentation and room readiness, and coordinates with leadership, healthcare professionals, families, vendors, and agencies.
