Organizes and delivers individualized, small-group, and large-group life enrichment activities for assisted-living residents. Maintains activity calendars, supports community events, documents care plans and resident progress, evaluates programming, and ensures compliance with applicable regulations. Provides guidance to staff and assists with activity displays and decorations. Requires flexibility, communication, organization, completion of applicable CBRF classes, and the ability to work independently and meet physical activity requirements.

Organize, promote, implement, and evaluate individualized life enrichment programming for residents (one-to-one, small and large groups). Maintain documentation, assist with event planning, uphold brand standards and regulations, and support the Life Enrichment Director.

Deliver correct meals to serving tables, collect/clean dishes, follow dietary restrictions, maintain clean/organized kitchen and pantries, assist residents with eating, and represent the facility professionally.
