Deliver correct meals to serving tables, collect/clean dishes, follow dietary restrictions, maintain clean/organized kitchen and pantries, assist residents with eating, and represent the facility professionally.

Provide administrative and business office support including accounts payable/receivable, resident billing and collections, month-end processes, bank transaction entry, reporting (Excel, pivot tables, v-lookup), HR onboarding support, office supplies, tours, and resident transport coordination while maintaining confidentiality.

Organize, promote, implement, and evaluate individualized life enrichment programming for residents (one-to-one, small and large groups). Maintain documentation, assist with event planning, uphold brand standards and regulations, and support the Life Enrichment Director.
