Lead all daily operations, regulatory compliance, staffing, finance, pre-opening activities and marketing for a Michigan senior living community. Oversee resident care, vendor contracts, licensing with LARA, budgeting, payroll, admissions, CRM-driven lead generation, and community outreach while building relationships with residents, families and local referral sources.

Drive occupancy through marketing, outreach, and relationship-building with prospects, families, and referral sources. Create and execute sales and marketing strategies, coordinate events and tours, manage leads and reporting, train staff on customer-facing processes, and support move-ins and community brand standards.

Deliver correct meals to serving tables, collect/clean dishes, follow dietary restrictions, maintain clean/organized kitchen and pantries, assist residents with eating, and represent the facility professionally.
