Oversee daily operations of a community-based residential facility for elderly and disabled residents. Supervise caregivers, coordinate resident admissions and care, ensure DHS 83 and OSHA compliance, manage staffing, training, scheduling, payroll documentation, budgets, incident reporting, resident funds, events, and facility safety. The Executive Director also supports hiring, employee evaluations, corrective actions, resident and family relationships, regulatory communications, and quality-of-care improvements.

Organizes and delivers individualized, small-group, and large-group enrichment activities for assisted-living residents. Develops activity calendars, supports community events, provides one-on-one programming, documents participation and progress, maintains inventories and attendance records, and ensures programs follow company and regulatory standards. The role also guides staff on quality-of-life programming and assists with activity layouts and decorations.

Drives occupancy for assisted living communities through sales and marketing strategies, lead generation, referral relationships, community events, tours, and follow-up. Maintains lead tracking, sales reports, marketing materials, budgets, and competitive analyses. Supports move-ins, trains team members on customer service and tours, monitors community presentation and room readiness, and coordinates with leadership, healthcare professionals, families, vendors, and agencies.
