Manage the full partnership lifecycle, maintain pipeline and forecasting metrics, collaborate cross-functionally, and establish systems for a future partnerships team. Travel approximately 60%, including frequent travel to New Mexico and other priority markets.

Build and scale backend services, APIs, data pipelines, and integration systems connecting external partners, healthcare systems, and internal products. Lead Frontera’s B2B product expansion by turning clinically validated agentic care workflows into a repeatable product for enterprise and provider partners. Own the B2B roadmap, packaging and business model, clinical data productization, technical alignment with Engineering and AI/ML, and human-in-the-loop experiences. Build the B2B product management function while aligning Sales, Clinical, Design, and Engineering stakeholders.

Own full-cycle, high-volume recruiting for Behavior Technician and Registered Behavior Technician roles in established markets. Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate communication, offer coordination, onboarding handoff, job posting, pipeline management, recruiting metrics, and Greenhouse record maintenance. The role improves existing recruiting processes, partners with clinical and HR stakeholders, and periodically travels to New Mexico to build market relationships.

Lead backend architecture and scaling for a clinician-facing B2B platform. Design, build, and maintain backend services, APIs, and data models; ensure reliability, performance, and scalability; define API and data modeling standards; lead cross-functional technical designs; unblock engineers and partner with frontend, product, and design teams.

Lead design and build the integrations platform connecting external partners, EHRs, and internal services.
