Lead full-cycle enterprise sales for large, multi-site healthcare and ABA customers: prospect, run demos, align stakeholders, negotiate contracts, manage CRM pipeline and forecasts, gather market insights, and represent Frontera at events to close complex, high-impact deals.

Own technical success for clinic implementations and post-launch optimizations. Embed with customers to diagnose configuration, data, integration, and workflow gaps; build production-grade code, integrations, and reusable patterns; and partner with Product and Engineering to inform roadmap and scale field operations.

Lead strategic finance functions including financial modeling, forecasting, revenue and margin visibility, accounting oversight, and finance systems. Partner cross-functionally to improve unit economics, reporting, and decision-making across services, technology, and hybrid healthcare business models.

Lead and scale the Customer Success function for clinic partners: directly manage key accounts, drive adoption and expansion via AI-augmented analytics, build CS playbooks and upsell motions, oversee support, mentor CSMs, and act as the internal voice of the customer to influence product and strategy.
