Own Frontera’s strategic partnership portfolio across pediatric behavioral health organizations, health systems, MCOs, and government entities. Build relationships with senior healthcare and public-sector leaders, close complex enterprise agreements, launch pilots, and convert partnerships into revenue, referrals, and expanded technology deployments. Manage the full partnership lifecycle, maintain pipeline and forecasting metrics, collaborate cross-functionally, and establish systems for a future partnerships team. Travel approximately 60%, including frequent travel to New Mexico and other priority markets.

Build and scale backend services, APIs, data pipelines, and integration systems connecting external partners, healthcare systems, and internal products. Design reliable data exchange patterns, troubleshoot distributed systems, ensure performance and data accuracy, and support monitoring, documentation, code reviews, and developer tooling. The role partners cross-functionally to deliver secure, scalable integrations in a fast-moving, early-stage environment.

Manages day-to-day IT operations across business and clinical teams during a three-month contract. Oversees an outsourced MSP, junior IT staff, infrastructure, enterprise applications, end-user support, device provisioning, and multi-site service consistency. Leads IT projects, manages vendors, resolves escalations, and coordinates effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
