Lead strategic finance activities across Frontera's hybrid services and technology business. Build financial models, improve revenue and margin visibility, oversee close and accounting, partner cross-functionally to inform operating decisions, and scale finance systems, controls, and reporting for investor and board readiness.

Own and operate the commercial tech stack to support Sales: administer CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce), configure lifecycles and routing, maintain data integrity and attribution, build automation and forecasting dashboards, integrate Clay and other GTM tools, and partner cross-functionally to streamline demand generation, pipeline management, and enrollment workflows for B2B and Direct-to-Parent motions.

Lead full-cycle enterprise sales for large, multi-site healthcare and ABA customers: prospect, run demos, align stakeholders, negotiate contracts, manage CRM pipeline and forecasts, gather market insights, and represent Frontera at events to close complex, high-impact deals.
