Manage preschool classrooms and transportation for children with developmental disabilities, ensuring regulatory compliance, budgeting, billing/EHR documentation, staff hiring/training/supervision, liaison with agencies, and continuous quality improvement.

Oversee and ensure quality of Job Path Pre-ETS and Project SEARCH programs: supervise staff, coordinate partners, monitor compliance and outcomes, support job development and employer engagement, and provide regional site supervision and program improvement.

Serve as front-desk contact for families and staff at a pediatric preschool. Perform clerical tasks (filing, scanning, EHR data entry), schedule tours and appointments, track attendance and lunch counts, support billing and payer verification, run reports, assist with purchasing and compliance audits, and support the Program Administrator and team.
