Supervise and ensure the safety of preschool children on van routes, assist with boarding/exiting, maintain order and documentation (rosters, absentee notes, car seat inspections), report incidents/maintenance, complete trainings, and follow HIPAA and agency policies.

Provide direct and indirect care and education for children, maintain a safe learning environment per ITERS/ECERS standards, implement care plans, supervise children, complete documentation in Credible and timesheets in PayCom, maintain certifications (CPR/First Aid/Infection Control), attend required trainings, and ensure DHS/HIPAA compliance and proper staff/child ratios.

Supervise and ensure the safety of children on van/bus routes: assist boarding/exiting, maintain order and seat belt use, act as spotter, walk aisles at stops, complete and submit daily and monthly transportation documentation and car seat inspections, report incidents and maintenance issues, respond to medical emergencies, attend trainings, and maintain HIPAA/confidentiality compliance.
