Provide direct assistance, supervision, training, and personal care to individuals with developmental disabilities under a Community Development Specialist. Facilitate on-site and community activities, document progress, administer medication as directed, operate/assist in woodshop machinery when assigned, transport consumers, and support consumer choice and safety. Attend required trainings and perform other duties as assigned.

Process payroll for ~200 employees, review personnel actions and deductions, manage retirement and garnishments, reconcile payroll taxes/W-2s, perform petty cash and participant transaction reviews, record consumer deposits and transfers, assist with audits and month-end AP/AR support.

Provide direct care and supervision to individuals with developmental disabilities, assist with personal care and medication administration, plan and facilitate individual and group activities, document progress and PCP goals, transport consumers to activities as needed, train and guide assistants, attend PCP meetings, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

Provide residential direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities: follow Individual and Behavior Plans, assist with personal care, medication administration (as delegated), transport to appointments, maintain records, support community involvement, ensure residence safety and cleanliness, attend trainings and staff meetings, and perform other duties as assigned.

Provide supervision, personal care, and training to individuals with disabilities in a day program setting; assist with Individual Plans, document responses, support community work/volunteer activities, and maintain safety and confidentiality.

Provide daily residential support to individuals with developmental disabilities: assist with personal care, medication administration (delegated/CMT), transportation to appointments, household upkeep, budgeting assistance, incident reporting, communication with families and staff, participate in PCP and behavior plans, attend trainings and meetings, and ensure residence safety and emergency preparedness.
