Manage full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of multifamily properties including monthly financial statements, reconciliations, budgets, variance analysis, AP processing, resident ledgers, utility and resident billing support, year-end workpapers, audits, and onboarding/offboarding for acquisitions and dispositions while collaborating with property and accounting teams.

Manage full-cycle, high-volume recruiting for multifamily operations nationwide: source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, partner with operational leaders, maintain ATS pipelines and compliance, present qualified candidates, and improve recruiting processes to close vacancies quickly while preserving candidate experience.

Full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of commercial properties including financial statement preparation, GL reconciliations, budgets, variance analysis, invoice coding, lease and CAM/RET reconciliations, year-end tax workpapers, and support for acquisitions/dispositions.

Lead and execute Friedman Real Estate's digital strategy across SEO, content, paid media, social, email, CRM/marketing automation, and AI-enabled workflows to drive visibility, qualified leads, nurture campaigns, and measurable revenue growth across multiple service lines.
