Oversees accounting, reporting, treasury, FP&A, insurance, risk management, budgeting, forecasting, controls, liquidity, capital allocation, and business-unit performance. Leads finance modernization through systems integration, automation, standardized processes, and improved data visibility. Partners with executive and operating leaders on strategy, acquisitions, financing, project profitability, and organizational scalability while developing finance leaders and maintaining strong financial governance.

Leads Accounting, Treasury, Insurance and Risk, Technology, and Marketing functions. Establishes priorities, accountability, and performance standards; develops departmental leaders; partners with executives on strategy, budgeting, forecasting, risk management, technology enablement, digital transformation, and marketing alignment. Drives organizational performance, operational excellence, cross-functional collaboration, continuous improvement, and scalable growth.

Administer Azure and Microsoft 365 infrastructure, including Entra ID, Intune, Defender, Purview, networking, monitoring, backups, and patch compliance. Serve as a Tier 2-3 escalation point, troubleshoot identity, endpoint, and network issues, automate tasks with PowerShell, mentor IT staff, and lead infrastructure, migration, and security projects through implementation and documentation.
