Leads the division’s digital and AI transformation strategy across multisite manufacturing operations. Develops roadmaps, governance, business cases, value-tracking methods, and scalable operating models. Partners with manufacturing, engineering, quality, supply chain, technology, and executive leaders to deploy and replicate digital solutions, improve operational and financial performance, strengthen organizational capabilities, and drive change management across regions.

Leads the advanced engineering roadmap, innovation portfolio, and complex technology development programs from concept through industrialization readiness. Identifies emerging technologies, materials, processes, and market opportunities; establishes investment priorities, business cases, risk assessments, and development gates; and partners globally with engineering, manufacturing, commercial, suppliers, universities, and research institutions. Builds engineering capabilities through technical networks, knowledge sharing, and responsible use of digital and AI-enabled tools.
