Process full-cycle accounts payable transactions, including invoices, employee expenses, approvals, payment runs, open-item clearing, account reconciliations, and month-end and year-end close support. Respond to vendor inquiries and work with SAP workflows. The role requires fluent German and English, accounting experience, and familiarity with SAP FI/MM and Microsoft Office.

Process customer inquiries through quotation preparation, manage related documentation, maintain SAP and CRM master data, support internal and external customers, assist with price negotiations, and contribute to pricing, product range, market research, and marketing initiatives.

Manage SAP PP across requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, implementation, rollouts, and ongoing second- and third-level support. Improve production and planning processes, integrate SAP modules, support international plant rollouts, resolve system issues, and train key and end users. The role requires several years of SAP PP configuration experience, SAP implementation or rollout experience, manufacturing process knowledge, strong German and English skills, and approximately 20% international travel.
