Lead functional analysis and support for Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management: gather and document requirements, configure SCM modules (procurement, inventory, planning, PIM, production, sales), perform gap analysis, support implementations/upgrades, lead UAT and workshops, assist data migration, provide Level 1/Level 2 user support and training, and drive process improvements.
