Leads North American financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, modeling, and strategic analysis. Partners with executives and department leaders across retail, wholesale, hospitality, ecommerce, and marketing to assess performance, manage KPIs, improve profitability, oversee inventory and controls, and support business decisions. The role manages reporting to global headquarters, financial systems and automation, banking and payment programs, audits, and a team of FP&A professionals.

Coordinates digital marketing campaigns across e-commerce, hospitality, and retail, including email, SMS, social, paid media, creative assets, campaign QA, UTM tracking, CRM database monitoring, and performance reporting. Partners with marketing, e-commerce, CRM, design teams, and external vendors to deliver accurate, on-brand campaigns while identifying trends and optimization opportunities.

Creates and adapts digital and print design assets for Frette’s luxury brand across e-commerce, social media, email, advertising, presentations, signage, and other B2B and B2C touchpoints. Manages shared creative assets, maintains brand consistency, supports global teams, prepares files for print, and independently delivers multiple projects on schedule while collaborating with Marketing, Sales, E-commerce, and other departments.

Supports Salesforce implementation, administration, configuration, automation, security, data quality, reporting, integrations, and user support. Partners with commercial stakeholders and external consultants to gather requirements, optimize processes, conduct testing and UAT, manage platform adoption, resolve issues, and maintain documentation. Requires Salesforce Administrator Certification, 3–5 years of experience, Sales Cloud and Service Cloud expertise, Salesforce Flow experience, and fluency in Italian and English.
