Support hospitality account executives with administrative tasks including preparing and following up on quotations, tracking product availability and transit, organizing samples and sales data, maintaining product specifications, attending meetings and taking notes, and completing ad hoc hospitality tasks while gaining experience in luxury textiles and hospitality project management.

Sell luxury linens at a boutique, meet individual and store sales KPIs, build and retain client relationships via CRM and multi-channel communication, execute transactions and white-glove services, maintain store operations, visual standards, inventory, and assist with shipments and IT helpdesk issues.

Provide in-store and back-of-house support for a luxury boutique: drive sales and client acquisition, manage CRM and transactions, control inventory and stockroom operations, support visual merchandising and receiving, train staff on BOH procedures, and ensure daily operational and loss-prevention standards are met.
