Provide luxury retail sales and exceptional customer service to meet individual and company sales KPIs. Acquire and retain clients via CRM-driven outreach, handle multi-channel client communications and transactions, support white-glove services and in-home installations, perform daily store operations, visual merchandising, inventory tasks, and collaborate with IT and store leadership.

Coordinates EMEA marketing campaigns, presentations, PR agency and supplier relationships, reporting, product launches, and retail, trade, and press events. Supports cross-functional collaboration with sales, retail, hospitality, and global marketing teams. Supervises and guides marketing interns, assists with onboarding, manages bespoke product and branding requests, and provides on-site activation support while ensuring consistent brand execution.

Supports, maintains, implements, and trains users on Microsoft Dynamics 365 business applications. Analyzes business processes, resolves application and data issues, develops procedures and documentation, creates test plans and requirements, supports upgrades, and promotes improved use of D365 across retail, wholesale, hotel, finance, and logistics operations.
