Leads manufacturing controllership across multiple sites and a co-manufacturer, overseeing COGS, inventory accounting, standard costing, close processes, budgeting, forecasting, capital expenditures, audits, SOX controls, and KPI reporting. Partners with plant, operations, supply chain, engineering, procurement, accounting, and commercial teams to reduce costs, improve margins, strengthen controls, and automate reporting using D365, Power BI, and AI tools.

Leads FP&A business partnership and corporate planning across functional departments. Oversees G&A budgets, zero-based budgeting, forecasts, cost-center reviews, performance analysis, financial modeling, executive reporting, productivity initiatives, and process improvement. Uses AI and business intelligence tools to improve planning and reporting, while mentoring finance analysts and supporting accountability for financial results.

Own the Freshpet homemade portfolio’s brand strategy, financials, omnichannel growth, innovation pipeline, launches, packaging, quality initiatives, and performance optimization. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, R&D, Operations, Packaging, Market Research, and Creative to execute growth plans, analyze results, manage forecasts and business cases, and build brand loyalty. The role is hybrid in Bedminster, New Jersey and requires up to 10% travel.
