Build and lead FreshAhead’s sales function from the ground up. Own net-new revenue, renewals, and expansions; establish sales processes, methodology, tooling, forecasting discipline, team structure, and playbooks. Manage sales-led and self-service motions, determine when accounts should transition to sales-led engagement, and collaborate with Customer Experience, Product, and Finance.

Own the product interface and visual language from research and information architecture through high-fidelity design, prototyping, usability testing, design-system development, and engineering handoff. The role partners with Product, Engineering, and Customer Experience to create fast, legible software for real-world users and remains involved through implementation.

Own the end-to-end customer relationship across support, onboarding, training, project coordination, escalations, and renewals. Serve as the primary contact for customer questions, track follow-ups, manage customer-facing projects, lead discovery sessions, coordinate with Product and Engineering, monitor account health, and resolve issues. The role requires strong organization, communication, stakeholder management, and willingness to work on-site with agricultural and operational customers.
