Coordinates Leadership and STAY FLY youth programs, including workshops, events, retreats, curriculum support, recruitment, data entry, budgets, logistics, paperwork, and transportation. Co-facilitates curriculum for transition-aged youth in community and jail settings, supports youth leadership development, and manages program materials, attendance records, reimbursements, and event planning. The role requires collaboration, project management, community engagement, and regular transportation of youth and supplies.

Manages law program school, facility, and community sites; oversees youth recruitment, community outreach, volunteer recruitment and training, events, data reporting, and program deliverables. Facilitates law-related education workshops, builds stakeholder relationships, supervises up to two staff, and supports staff development. Regularly drives to sites, courts, schools, and community locations while transporting youth and materials.

Supports post-award government contract management through invoicing, payment posting, budget tracking, reconciliations, fiscal compliance, financial analysis, audit preparation, and documentation management. Coordinates with Accounting, Program Management, supervisors, and staff to resolve discrepancies and obtain complete timesheets and supporting records. Maintains contract dashboards and information sheets, identifies financial risks, assists with budget creation, and supports reporting and administrative activities.

Coordinates youth referrals, program events, supplies, volunteer recruitment, clearances, paperwork, attendance reporting, and database updates for Law and STAY FLY programs. Facilitates law-related education curriculum at program sites, supports volunteers, manages event logistics and documentation, and provides administrative assistance including case filings and reimbursements. The role also transports youth to designated events as needed.

Leads and manages FLY programs throughout Contra Costa County, supervising program leaders, monitoring performance and service quality, overseeing contracts and compliance, and ensuring outcomes for system-impacted youth. Builds relationships with government agencies, community partners, funders, and juvenile justice stakeholders; coordinates reporting, audits, and systems collaboration. Partners cross-functionally on program strategy, evaluation, organizational learning, and policy implementation while responding to emergent situations and advancing equity-centered, youth-focused services.

Manages Law Program school, facility, and community sites; oversees program deliverables, youth recruitment, outreach, events, and stakeholder relationships. Recruits, screens, trains, and supports volunteer facilitators while contributing to curriculum delivery.
