Lead and supervise painting crews on residential and commercial projects. Plan tasks, prepare surfaces, apply paints/coatings, inspect quality, train staff, estimate materials, enforce safety, troubleshoot coating and surface issues, and communicate with clients and project stakeholders.

Visit and inspect painting job sites daily to monitor progress, quality, safety, and cleanliness. Act as customer contact, document conditions, perform quality control, communicate with management, resolve minor issues, ensure schedule adherence, and conduct final walkthroughs for customer satisfaction.

Measure, prepare, and install high-end wall coverings (wallpaper, fabric, specialty materials). Collaborate with designers and clients, troubleshoot installation issues, maintain clean work sites, follow safety protocols, and provide excellent customer service.
