Own the end-to-end FP&A function, including long-range planning, annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, scenario modeling, cash flow forecasting, and monthly management reporting. Partner with executives and functional leaders to guide investment decisions, improve accountability, and communicate financial performance to investors and the Board. Manage daily e-commerce operations (pricing, promotions, product data), handle customer service triage and escalations, maintain documentation, troubleshoot issues, support promotions and pricing tasks, and recommend workflow improvements while coordinating stakeholders across time zones.

Own the end-to-end outbound sales process for mid-to-large aesthetic clinics across Australia, from prospecting and networking through closing and handover. Build industry relationships, generate referrals, consult with clinic owners and clinicians, test acquisition strategies, manage a rigorous HubSpot pipeline, forecast accurately, and collaborate with Marketing and Onboarding. The role requires a self-directed, target-driven sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, remote-first healthcare scale-up.
