Outbound-focused BDR responsible for building a pipeline of independent medspas and aesthetic practices on the West Coast through cold outreach, qualifying opportunities, using HubSpot to track activity, and collaborating with marketing, compliance, and onboarding teams. Will learn full sales cycle and be coached into senior sales responsibilities.

Own outbound acquisition for mid-to-large aesthetic clinics across Australia. Build and activate networks at events, run end-to-end sales from first touch to close, consultatively solve clinic problems, experiment with outreach, maintain HubSpot pipeline accuracy, and handover to Marketing and Onboarding for smooth client experiences.

Own and build the West Coast territory (CA, AZ, WA) from scratch: prospect and close new clinic partners via outbound sales, manage pipeline in HubSpot, represent Fresh in the field, and coordinate with marketing, onboarding, and compliance to ensure smooth clinic onboarding and retention.

Manage daily e-commerce operations (pricing, promotions, product data), handle customer service triage and escalations, maintain documentation, troubleshoot issues, support promotions and pricing tasks, and recommend workflow improvements while coordinating stakeholders across time zones.
