Own outbound acquisition for mid-to-large aesthetic clinics across Australia. Build and activate networks at events, run end-to-end sales from first touch to close, consultatively solve clinic problems, experiment with outreach, maintain HubSpot pipeline accuracy, and handover to Marketing and Onboarding for smooth client experiences.

Partnering directly with Sales, Operations, and Clinical Leadership, own revenue and margin analytics, unit economics, pricing strategy, and supplier commercial structures. Design KPIs and scorecards, lead strategic initiatives and scenario planning, and build the commercial finance function to support AU and US growth while providing actionable commercial insight to the CFO and executive team.

Own and build the West Coast territory (CA, AZ, WA) from scratch: prospect and close new clinic partners via outbound sales, manage pipeline in HubSpot, represent Fresh in the field, and coordinate with marketing, onboarding, and compliance to ensure smooth clinic onboarding and retention.

This role involves conducting virtual Good Faith Exams, evaluating patients for treatments, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. NPs will collaborate with colleagues, manage patient records, and provide guidance during adverse events, focusing on high-quality virtual care.
