Own the end-to-end FP&A function, including long-range planning, annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, scenario modeling, cash flow forecasting, and monthly management reporting. Partner with executives and functional leaders to guide investment decisions, improve accountability, and communicate financial performance to investors and the Board. Build scalable reporting architecture, financial models, and automated tools leveraging AI to support the company’s rapid growth.

Lead onboarding for new healthcare and med spa clients, guiding them through requirements, timelines, and activation milestones. Coordinate cross-functionally to resolve roadblocks, track client progress, maintain accurate records, and gather feedback to improve onboarding. Support sales by responding to inbound inquiries and scheduling meetings within service-level agreements.

Manage daily e-commerce operations (pricing, promotions, product data), handle customer service triage and escalations, maintain documentation, troubleshoot issues, support promotions and pricing tasks, and recommend workflow improvements while coordinating stakeholders across time zones.
