Manage daily e-commerce operations (pricing, promotions, product data), handle customer service triage and escalations, maintain documentation, troubleshoot issues, support promotions and pricing tasks, and recommend workflow improvements while coordinating stakeholders across time zones.

Own the end-to-end outbound sales process for mid-to-large aesthetic clinics across Australia, from prospecting and networking through closing and handover. Build industry relationships, generate referrals, consult with clinic owners and clinicians, test acquisition strategies, manage a rigorous HubSpot pipeline, forecast accurately, and collaborate with Marketing and Onboarding.
