The Support Engineer will troubleshoot issues and provide solutions in online advertising technology, focusing on delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities include documentation, data analysis, and adapting to new technologies.

Design, build, and operate low-latency, cloud-native Golang microservices for identity resolution and audience targeting. Own end-to-end features, optimize performance, ensure observability and reliability, collaborate cross-functionally, support production incidents, and drive technical improvements and mentoring.

Provide executive leadership for Audience & Measurement engineering, owning Snowflake-based ingestion platforms and data products. Define SLAs/SLOs, optimize Snowflake cost and performance, modernize platforms with cloud-native, CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code practices, and ensure high-volume data ingestion, normalization, and hygiene. Build and lead engineering teams, manage budgets, and partner across product, revenue science, privacy, and partnerships to deliver privacy-compliant audience segmentation and activation capabilities.
