Develop and maintain client relationships, provide holistic investment planning, collaborate with other advisors, and mentor junior associates while achieving growth in a supportive environment.

The Marketing Coordinator supports social media planning and content publishing, marketing collateral updates, presentation and advertisement development, digital advertising coordination, events, and client gifting. The role monitors campaign performance, maintains brand consistency and marketing repositories, collaborates with internal teams and external agencies, and manages multiple deadlines with strong organization, communication, creativity, and attention to detail.

Oversee equity and fixed income portfolio construction, performance, and research; recommend strategy changes to the Investment Committee; mentor junior team members; conduct manager due diligence and research; liaise with trading, client advisory, operations, compliance, and marketing; support sales and client communications; manage third-party SMA relationships.

Supports Freestone’s public markets investment platform through asset class and manager research, portfolio and holdings analysis, investment diligence, client and advisor materials, CRM maintenance, reporting, and other investment-process activities under portfolio manager direction.

Provides operational support across client advisory, service, compliance, investments, and accounting teams. Manages client paperwork, supports quarter-end processes, resolves operational issues, and improves onboarding and documentation workflows. The role will develop expertise in Tamarac Reporting and Practifi CRM while using Excel, SQL, Claude, and automation tools to streamline processes and build AI-enabled workflows with appropriate quality controls.

Summer operations internship supporting process improvement, CRM and file administration, data analysis, and financial reporting. The intern will work with technology, large datasets, reporting tools, and cross-functional operations projects under leadership direction. Responsibilities include identifying workflow efficiencies, analyzing trends, maintaining records, answering Tamarac Reporting questions, and providing additional team support.

Build and maintain integrations and automations connecting CRM, Microsoft 365, e-signature, custodial/banking systems and reporting. Use LLMs (Claude) and automation tools to extract, process, and verify document-heavy workflows with human-in-the-loop review, monitoring, and auditability, within security and compliance frameworks. Partner across teams and help set AI/automation standards.
