Use LLMs (Claude) and automation tools to extract, process, and verify document-heavy workflows with human-in-the-loop review, monitoring, and auditability, within security and compliance frameworks. Partner across teams and help set AI/automation standards.

Oversee equity and fixed income portfolio construction, performance, and research; recommend strategy changes to the Investment Committee; mentor junior team members; conduct manager due diligence and research; liaise with trading, client advisory, operations, compliance, and marketing; support sales and client communications; manage third-party SMA relationships.

Develop and maintain client relationships, provide holistic investment planning, collaborate with other advisors, and mentor junior associates while achieving growth in a supportive environment.
