Supports Freestone’s public markets investment platform through asset class and manager research, portfolio and holdings analysis, investment diligence, client and advisor materials, CRM maintenance, reporting, and other investment-process activities under portfolio manager direction.

Provides operational support across client advisory, service, compliance, investments, and accounting teams. Manages client paperwork, supports quarter-end processes, resolves operational issues, and improves onboarding and documentation workflows. The role will develop expertise in Tamarac Reporting and Practifi CRM while using Excel, SQL, Claude, and automation tools to streamline processes and build AI-enabled workflows with appropriate quality controls.

Wealth Management Interns support Client Advisory Teams through operational and administrative assistance, project coordination, account documentation, marketing materials, client data organization, and CRM reporting. Interns receive training in financial planning, investments, and client service, and may present investment and planning recommendations based on real-world client situations. The internship runs for at least nine weeks during summer 2027 and is intended for rising seniors pursuing a Finance degree.
