Ensures compliance with Fair Housing and company policies, oversees property inspections and repairs, resolves resident concerns, supports retention and occupancy goals, and reports financial and operational performance to the Regional Property Manager.

Requires an associate degree or equivalent experience and familiarity with multifamily housing regulations.
