Assists the Community Manager with property leasing, resident relations, administrative duties, rent posting, deposits, maintenance reports, inspections, marketing, resident retention, and employee training. Conducts property tours, prepares leases and renewals, analyzes market competition, manages promotional activities, and may assume community management responsibilities in the manager’s absence.

Manages apartment community leasing, resident and prospect interactions, lease preparation, marketing, administrative reporting, rent posting, deposits, inspections, staff training, resident retention activities, and routine property operations. Assists the Community Manager and assumes management responsibilities when needed. Requires strong leasing, leadership, communication, computer, problem-solving, and administrative skills, plus a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Leads operational performance, financial results, team development, client relationships, and resident experience across 34 multifamily communities totaling 6,000 units in three states. Oversees Regional Managers and property teams, evaluates portfolio performance, manages budgets and operational metrics, drives process improvements, supports acquisitions and dispositions, develops talent, and partners with owners, clients, vendors, and executive leadership on strategic growth.
