Establish standards, inspections, KPIs, and dashboards; investigate issues, lead root-cause analysis and CAPA; audit processes; train staff; partner with Production, Engineering, Purchasing, and Operations; troubleshoot on the production floor and drive continuous improvement to reduce rework and improve first-pass quality.

Lead design, development, and implementation of robotics and automation projects on the production floor. Identify automation opportunities, integrate robots, tooling, sensors, PLCs and controls; program and troubleshoot systems; build and test prototypes and production cells; support sanding, trimming, 5-axis machining and large-format printing; create documentation and promote safety and continuous improvement.
