As the first GTM Architect, you'll create and manage sales enablement functions, including onboarding, training, and sales collateral while leveraging AI to enhance effectiveness.

Own post‑go‑live relationships for a portfolio of Fortune‑level accounts, drive land‑to‑expand and renewal/expansion revenue, translate agent performance into ROI stories, influence product roadmap, and build a repeatable playbook for customer growth and value realization.

Define and deliver AI agents for enterprise spend management. Own vision, architecture, and roadmap; design agent patterns, observability, and closed-loop training; partner with engineering, data science, UX, and go-to-market teams; engage Fortune 100 stakeholders to ship reliable, explainable agentic workflows for invoicing, vendor onboarding, contracts, dispute resolution, and cross-border payments.

Lead US talent strategy as the first dedicated US hire: partner with leadership, build end-to-end recruiting function, hire engineering, product, GTM and professional services roles, create interview processes and employer branding, source passive top-tier talent, and drive retention and people policies to scale senior hiring for a Series C AI company.

Build and scale backend services and orchestration for AI agents managing procure-to-pay workflows. Implement APIs, integrations with ERPs and payment systems, observability, auditability, secure data pipelines, and testing/eval frameworks to ensure reliable, compliant AI-driven operations at enterprise scale.

Act as strategic advisor and lead end-to-end deployment of Freehand's AI-driven enterprise solutions. Design solution architecture integrating ERP, TMS, spend and payment systems; manage integrations, data migration, testing, and go-live; drive adoption, deliver business value, and provide product feedback. Build customer relationships, define transformation roadmaps, and establish delivery playbooks to scale enterprise implementations.

Build and manage partnerships with systems integrators, private equity firms, and ISVs to source, co-sell, and close enterprise deals across accounts payable, procurement, supply chain, and finance. Own partner enablement collateral, run demos and pitches, create GTM motions, and feed market intelligence back to product and marketing. Early-stage, individual-contributor role with heavy hands-on execution.

Own and scale full-funnel performance marketing and ABM for enterprise buyers: run paid campaigns (LinkedIn, Google, industry channels), build attribution and pipeline reporting, run experimentation, optimize website/landing conversions, support events, and maintain the martech stack to drive measurable pipeline and ROI.
