Lead and manage state integrated health data system (IDS) projects: serve as trusted advisor, oversee cross-functional teams, deliver client-facing analyses and written materials, supervise junior staff, support business development and proposals, and continuously build subject-matter expertise to improve IDS products and client outcomes.

Manage multiple health data and policy projects on cross-functional teams: create workplans and timelines, facilitate meetings, draft client-ready deliverables, monitor budgets and staffing, perform research and literature reviews, and support project reporting, invoicing, and risk mitigation using PM tools and agile techniques.

Lead state-focused health policy and data projects, supervise 2–4 project managers, design and deliver client-facing deliverables, drive business development, mentor staff, and present nationally to expand FHC services.
