Builds multidisciplinary teams and partner networks, oversees EVT through mass production, improves reliability and manufacturability, manages COGS and tooling, and drives product innovation for Freebird’s grooming portfolio.

Owner of conversion-focused UX/UI across PDPs, checkout, landing pages, and post-purchase flows. Build and govern the Figma design system, design A/B test variants with hypotheses and metrics, analyze results, and deliver production-ready handoffs within sprint cadence. Partner with CRO and engineering to scale design practices and improve conversion metrics.

Own a $50M+ paid media portfolio across Meta, Google, Amazon, Walmart, TikTok, and future channels. Lead capital allocation, incrementality testing, geo-holdouts, and live MMM-based measurement while improving CAC, contribution margin, LTV, and profitable growth. Build and develop a strategic media team, guide creative partnerships, expand internationally and into retail media and CTV, and provide cross-functional executive leadership without serving as the primary channel operator.

Design and produce polished, on-brand creative across email, paid ads, Amazon, web assets, and landing pages. Concept full campaigns, adapt assets to platform requirements, execute quick-turn production, and work within and improve the design system. Collaborate with paid media, retention, Amazon, CRO, web, and growth teams while managing multiple deadlines independently.
