Build and develop a strategic media team, guide creative partnerships, expand internationally and into retail media and CTV, and provide cross-functional executive leadership without serving as the primary channel operator.

Design and produce polished, on-brand creative across email, paid ads, Amazon, web assets, and landing pages. Concept full campaigns, adapt assets to platform requirements, execute quick-turn production, and work within and improve the design system.
