Own the ecommerce CRO design function, including experimentation roadmaps, hypothesis development, A/B test variants, result analysis, and design documentation. Improve conversion metrics across product pages, checkout, landing pages, upsell flows, and post-purchase experiences. Govern the Figma design system, deliver production-ready UI, mentor designers, and partner with CRO, engineering, and business stakeholders to drive measurable revenue impact.

Own Freebird’s visual design standard, design system, and UI across web and app surfaces. Create polished, accessible, production-ready experiences; maintain Figma components, tokens, and documentation; collaborate with product and engineering on implementation; validate designs through data and feedback; contribute to critiques, quality reviews, and junior designer mentorship.

Leads end-to-end development and commercialization of sophisticated electromechanical consumer products, including design, engineering, China-based sourcing, manufacturing, NPI, quality, validation, supplier development, and product economics. Builds multidisciplinary teams and partner networks, oversees EVT through mass production, improves reliability and manufacturability, manages COGS and tooling, and drives product innovation for Freebird’s grooming portfolio.
