Lead creative strategy across paid channels (Meta, YouTube, TikTok), translate performance data into testable creative direction, and manage production partner workflows to deliver volume, quality, and on-time assets. Partner with media buyers to scale winning concepts, track creative pipeline health, and set standards for output and testing to drive CPA, ROAS, and conversion improvements.

Lead Free Soul's social media strategy across Instagram and TikTok, manage a small social team, define channel and content frameworks, drive growth and community, connect social performance to business outcomes, own analytics and reporting, collaborate cross-functionally on campaigns and creators, and set creative vision for always-on and campaign content.
