Report on creative pipeline health and performance to senior marketing leadership.

Own the day-to-day performance and development of Free Soul’s Shopify D2C website. Build landing pages, manage ecommerce trading and merchandising, analyze customer behavior, develop CRO hypotheses, launch A/B tests, and measure commercial impact. Partner with Performance Marketing, Creative, and developers to improve customer journeys, conversion rate, average order value, and revenue while maintaining strong mobile, desktop, usability, and QA standards.

Lead brand positioning, own the marketing calendar and brand tracking, translate consumer and market insight into strategic plans, drive campaign moments across channels, align cross-functional stakeholders, optimize campaign performance, support budget allocation and build leadership-facing marketing dashboards.

Lead Free Soul's social media strategy across Instagram and TikTok, manage a small social team, define channel and content frameworks, drive growth and community, connect social performance to business outcomes, own analytics and reporting, collaborate cross-functionally on campaigns and creators, and set creative vision for always-on and campaign content.
