Design, configure, and optimize client program solutions across the FMH platform. Gather requirements, translate business and clinical needs into scalable configurations, document and test deployments, set architecture and governance standards, advise internal teams and clients, collaborate with Product and Engineering, and drive high-quality, enterprise-level implementations and continuous improvement.

The Director of Accounting will lead the accounting function, ensure GAAP compliance, manage financial reporting, and drive systems automation in a healthcare technology company.

Lead execution and ongoing management of pharmacy enablement programs, coordinating cross-functional teams to onboard pharmacies or integrate systems, track KPIs, manage risks, develop program plans and playbooks, and drive continuous improvement to scale operations and client success.
