Manages specialty pharmacy pricing and rate configurations across payer programs. Responsibilities include maintaining and auditing pricing data, modeling financial impacts, analyzing WAC, AWP, and NADAC methodologies, implementing market-driven rate updates, documenting scalable processes, and improving pricing tools and reporting. Partners cross-functionally with Sales, Analytics, Pharmacy Relations, and program teams to ensure accurate pricing execution and client financial performance.

Analyze healthcare and commercial data to support sales opportunities, market sizing, pipeline reporting, prospect evaluation, client expansion, and growth strategy. Maintain CRM reporting and data quality, develop Tableau dashboards, partner with analytics and pricing teams, and translate complex findings into actionable recommendations for sales leadership and stakeholders.
