Leads full-cycle recruiting across technical, operational, professional, and leadership roles; builds candidate pipelines; advises hiring managers; improves interviewing and selection practices; manages offers and candidate experience; owns onboarding programs; and supports culture and employee experience initiatives.

Develops and distributes client and customer communications supporting implementations, platform adoption, stakeholder engagement, and ongoing partnerships. Responsibilities include drafting content, coordinating cross-functional communication deliverables, maintaining templates and collateral, responding to inquiries, supporting presentations and strategic plans, aligning messaging with brand standards, creating customer success content, and monitoring communication performance. The role requires strong writing, editing, organization, collaboration, and project management skills, with opportunities to grow ownership of communication programs.

Supports budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, financial reporting, variance analysis, financial modeling, and business performance management. Partners with business leaders to provide insights, evaluate investments and operational improvements, improve financial transparency, and enhance reporting processes. Builds decision-support tools and dashboards while helping automate recurring analysis and strengthen forecasting accuracy.
