Serve as an on-site Role Player Chief of Mission for classified training at Ft. Bragg, managing simulated intelligence operations, covert activities, asset handling, and interagency training exercises. Mentor trainees on leadership, intelligence collection, and counterintelligence tactics while ensuring operational security and scenario integrity.

Perform role-player duties for ASOT training scenarios, managing simulated intelligence operations, coordinating interagency exercises, mentoring trainees in intelligence and counterintelligence tactics, and ensuring operational security and scenario integrity.

Serve as an onsite role player Chief of Station conducting simulated intelligence operations per classified SOW: manage covert activities, asset handling, coordinate with special operations, advise on diplomatic/interagency protocols, and lead realistic country team/crisis exercises.

Perform on-site ASOT role player duties at Fort Bragg to enhance training realism by portraying intelligence assets, dignitaries, and local civilians. Provide cultural and gender-specific perspectives, collaborate with trainers, and meet physical and security requirements.

Manage staffing, process Exceptions To Policy (ETPs), coordinate IC/DoD operations, schedule HOC 101 and training, oversee small projects, support logistics/HR/security/facilities, resolve tactical issues, and develop/adapt procedures to meet location-specific requirements while building partnerships across mission partners.

Support US government client operations for specific geographies/issues: manage program progress, conduct intelligence analysis using government databases, draft formal correspondence, brief stakeholders, and communicate guidance to global resources. On-site work in Washington, DC required.

Provide all-source intelligence analysis to support counterterrorism HUMINT collection; use customer tools and datasets to research foreign threat networks and individuals, draft formal government correspondence, and support worldwide operations onsite for a US Government client.

Provide subject-matter expertise on DoD plans, programs, and policies: research, assessments, briefings, coordination with senior DoD leaders, documentation, and SOP development.

Conduct counterintelligence vulnerability analysis and risk assessments, detect insider threats, support intelligence operations and targeting, deliver briefings, and apply offensive and defensive CI tradecraft. Levels 1–5 vary by experience and overseas/TDY history; candidates must hold a high-level U.S. government clearance.
