Supports sales operations by managing inbound leads and inquiries, processing SAP orders, coordinating signage and e-contracts, reconciling mis-orders, organizing machine removals, preparing stores for rollouts, assisting with tradeshow materials, and completing sales support projects. The role is fully onsite in Salt Lake City and requires strong communication, organization, attention to detail, computer proficiency, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Creates branding, packaging, digital, social media, web, advertising, event, trade show, and in-store marketing designs. Maintains consistent brand identity across channels, develops illustrations and promotional graphics, and collaborates with marketing and cross-functional teams. Designs webpages using platforms such as HubSpot or WordPress without coding. The role is part-time, as-needed, fully remote, and requires managing multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Python and REST APIs. Investigate and prototype solutions, prioritize bug fixes, collaborate with product and engineering teams, participate in code reviews, and support cloud-native and enterprise environments. Contribute to roadmaps and assist on special projects to deliver high-quality, maintainable software.

Support logistics team by tracking and recording machine movements in ERP/asset databases, coordinating installers, reviewing jobs and contracts, investigating inventory discrepancies, performing data analysis and presentations, troubleshooting operational issues, and improving processes over a 12-week onsite internship.
