Lead day-to-day IT operations and a technical team to ensure infrastructure reliability, backup and disaster recovery readiness, identity and endpoint security, vendor management, incident response, and documentation. Drive vulnerability remediation, change management, and operational processes across cloud, on-prem systems (including SAP B1), networking, endpoints, and telephony while partnering with business stakeholders to prioritize work and validate recovery objectives.

Manage onboarding and post-sale activities for distributors and retailers. Coordinate with internal teams and partners to complete contracts, vendor coordination, CRM updates, reporting, analysis, and lead handling. Prioritize customer requests, drive retailer performance improvements, and support sales operations to grow product adoption.

The Sales Administrative Assistant will support sales operations by managing leads, processing orders, coordinating between marketing and sales, and handling customer inquiries. Responsibilities include assisting with contract submissions, phone audits, and maintaining communication with store managers.
