Provide remote and onsite Level 1/2 IT support and consulting for clients, troubleshoot hardware/software/network/cloud issues, manage systems via NinjaOne RMM, perform deployments and migrations, participate in Microsoft 365 and server projects, document environments in the PSA, and advise clients on IT best practices and security improvements.

Provide administrative and processing support for the Tax team: prepare, assemble, e-file and track client tax deliverables; scan and organize documentation; maintain electronic client files and databases; support tax software and document management lockdown procedures; assist with front-office tasks and seasonal projects.

Lead and grow the Assurance practice in Charlotte by managing audit engagements, developing client relationships, driving business development, mentoring staff, ensuring audit quality and compliance, and building a high-performing team.
