The Assurance Principal will lead the Assurance practice in Charlotte, manage audit processes, develop client relationships, and mentor staff. They will drive business growth while ensuring high audit quality.

Support tax team operations by preparing, organizing, and delivering client tax documents, e-filing returns and extensions, maintaining electronic client files and databases, scanning and processing documentation, and providing front-office administrative support during peak seasons and for ad hoc projects.

Lead and execute cybersecurity compliance assessments (HIPAA, HITRUST, PCI, CMMC, NIST, ISO), perform interviews and control testing, identify gaps, produce remediation recommendations and deliverables, manage multiple engagements, mentor junior staff, and support business development.
