Serve as a trusted HR resource for employees and leaders across assigned offices. Provide employee relations guidance, benefits support, onboarding, engagement, manager coaching, and policy interpretation. Partner with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Learning & Development, and People Operations on employee programs, organizational changes, communications, and process improvements. Maintain confidential employee records, support acquisitions and integrations, and contribute to broader People & Culture initiatives.

Manage PCI DSS assessment and advisory engagements, leading teams that evaluate cardholder data security controls, identify compliance gaps, validate remediation, and deliver executive reports. Own client relationships, engagement budgets, staffing, timelines, and quality. Advise senior stakeholders on PCI DSS strategy, supervise and develop staff, support proposals and business development, and contribute to practice methodology and training.
