Performs accounts payable and accounting clerical assignments, including data entry, invoice and billing review, cash receipts posting, accounts receivable adjustments, journal entries, expenditure allocation, report preparation, and general ledger maintenance.

Manage the full accounts receivable cycle, including payment posting and reconciliation, collections, invoicing, customer account maintenance, dispute resolution, and billing reports. Provide responsive customer support on AR questions while coordinating with internal teams. The role requires accuracy, strong communication, Excel proficiency, independent prioritization, and problem-solving skills.

Sell forklift and vertical product service contracts to new and existing customers. Prospect, close, renew, and upsell maintenance, warranty, emergency service, and monitoring solutions. Manage account reviews, needs assessments, proposals, orders, scheduling, and customer relationships using CRM tools. Collaborate with territory, service, parts, and OEM teams while tracking pipeline performance and providing market insights.
