Lead and coach a multi-branch Michigan outside sales team for material handling equipment. Drive revenue, pipeline health, product mix, rentals/service/aftermarket market share, and close strategic deals. Partner with operations and service to deliver strong customer experience, run deal reviews, and implement best practices to grow accounts and territory market share.

Sell service contracts and maintenance programs for forklifts and vertical products across a territory. Prospect and close new business, manage renewals and upsells, conduct account reviews and need assessments, coordinate orders and service delivery, use CRM to track pipeline, and collaborate with territory managers, service, parts, and OEM partners to drive customer satisfaction and revenue.
