Partners with leaders to deliver HR solutions including employee relations, coaching, performance management, full-cycle recruiting, HRIS maintenance, policy development, workers' compensation and unemployment representation, compliance monitoring, metrics, and employee engagement. Requires 20% travel.

Lead and coach a multi-branch Michigan outside sales team for material handling equipment. Drive revenue, pipeline health, product mix, rentals/service/aftermarket market share, and close strategic deals. Partner with operations and service to deliver strong customer experience, run deal reviews, and implement best practices to grow accounts and territory market share.
