Leads Fraser Academy’s annual giving program, including donor portfolio management, fundraising plans, direct mail, e-appeals, stewardship, staff giving, and events. Expands alumni engagement through communications, mentorship, reunions, and regional gatherings. Maintains donor records and campaign tracking in Raiser's Edge while supporting prospect identification, proposals, reporting, and organization-wide philanthropy initiatives.

Provide accounts payable and general accounting support: process AP, expense reimbursements, credit card reports, cheque runs/EFTs, reconcile statements, maintain spreadsheets and vendor files, record capital assets/depreciation, prepare tuition receipts and FAPC reporting, assist with events and ad hoc finance projects, and remediate transaction inconsistencies.
