Teams at Fraser Academy

Support Fraser Academy’s Advancement and FAx teams by managing marketing calendars, website and email communications, creating print/digital content, social media posts, event support, and basic photography. Ensure brand consistency, maintain email lists, update CMS, draft and proofread materials, and assist with analytics and crisis communications. Collaborate across departments and support Director on projects.

Provide accounts payable and general accounting support: process AP, expense reimbursements, credit card reports, cheque runs/EFTs, reconcile statements, maintain spreadsheets and vendor files, record capital assets/depreciation, prepare tuition receipts and FAPC reporting, assist with events and ad hoc finance projects, and remediate transaction inconsistencies.

Deliver one-to-one Orton Gillingham–based instruction, design individualized learning plans and executive function lessons, complete reports/IEPs, supervise students, participate in professional development, and engage fully in school life.
