Executes and improves integrated eCommerce marketing campaigns across paid search, SEO, social media, email, online storefronts, content, automation, A/B testing, and metrics reporting. Drive Agile development, product lifecycle management, and high-quality releases while aligning technical solutions with business objectives.

Leads full-cycle recruiting across multiple concurrent requisitions, partnering with hiring managers and HR to source, assess, interview, offer, and onboard candidates. Builds talent pipelines, supports high-volume and specialized hiring, maintains recruiting records in Dayforce, monitors recruiting metrics, ensures compliance, and contributes to process, system, and workflow improvements. The role requires clear stakeholder communication, accurate documentation, and collaboration across Talent Acquisition, HRIS, Payroll, and business teams.

Coordinates energy-efficiency program projects, project coordinators, Energy Advisors, customers, and trade allies. Maintains project databases, files, applications, invoices, and documentation for approvals and payments. Provides customer service, grant-processing support, scheduling, data entry, office administration, quality-control coordination, workflow improvement, and performance tracking. Uses Microsoft Office and SharePoint to support program operations and communicates with internal teams and external business contacts.

Serves as a strategic HR advisor to managers and executives across a multi-state workforce. The role partners on workforce planning, organizational design, reorganizations, employee relations, performance management, leadership development, succession planning, change management, and employment-law compliance. It coaches leaders, manages sensitive employee matters, uses workforce analytics, coordinates HR system updates, and supports continuous improvement across HR operations.

Coordinates energy efficiency program administration, including customer grant processing, application review, database and spreadsheet updates, project file maintenance, scheduling, and communication with customers, clients, Energy Advisors, and trade allies. Provides customer service, follows up on incomplete applications, explains incentive programs, distributes marketing materials, and helps resolve documentation or eligibility issues.

Leads end-to-end proposal development, including RFP analysis, compliance tracking, content creation, editing, formatting, graphics, timelines, portal submission, and finalist presentation support. Collaborates with subject matter experts and opportunity architects, maintains proposal libraries, coordinates cross-functional resources, and conducts post-production reviews. The role requires strong writing, organization, deadline management, data interpretation, software proficiency, and knowledge of demand-side management and renewable energy programs.
