Provides customer service and relationship support for Franklin Water Treatment clients. The role requires strong communication, organization, multitasking, attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include helping customers, maintaining high-quality service, and representing the company professionally. A high school diploma or GED is required, while 0–3 years of relevant customer service experience or training is preferred.

Analyzes financial and operational metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Develops dashboards, reports, scorecards, models, and other analytics tools for finance leaders and business partners. Supports budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, scenario analysis, and performance reviews. Improves finance processes through automation and technology, translates business requirements into system solutions, and strengthens data integrity, governance, reporting standards, documentation, and user support.

Develops and launches mechanical products, supports product improvements, conducts testing and validation, performs design reviews and DFMEA, defines critical-to-quality features, evaluates components and vendors, and applies dimensional analysis, GD&T, manufacturing knowledge, and analytical methods. Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams from concept through production while ensuring products are functional, safe, cost-effective, and high quality.
