Develop and manage residential and commercial water treatment sales through dealer and wholesale channels. Grow and maintain professional water quality dealer accounts, secure strategic customer opportunities, and create forecasts, budgets, sales strategies, and marketing programs. Train dealers on products and collaborate with marketing on collateral, packaging, catalogs, and online presence. The role requires 65%–80% overnight travel across the Central United States.

Investigates and improves manufacturing methods to reduce costs and optimize production. Establishes labor and time standards, evaluates ergonomics and indirect labor, maintains facility layouts, leads safety root-cause investigations, plans operations, and implements material-handling equipment. The role requires collaboration across operations, marketing, engineering, accounting, and data processing, along with expertise in lean manufacturing and Kaizen.

Designs, develops, improves, and implements manufacturing processes. Troubleshoots production issues, analyzes scrap and defects, improves workflow, designs fixtures and test equipment, and supports new product introductions. Creates process instructions, trains employees, and specifies, orders, implements, and debugs production equipment. Provides technical leadership to shop operations and maintenance teams.
