Provides bilingual Spanish-English customer support to policyholders, agents, and other customers. Handles policy questions, payments, commissions, refunds, audits, documentation, accounts payable, receivables, journal-entry preparation, and reconciliations. Also documents workflows, analyzes process improvements, tracks changes, and maintains records while delivering accurate solutions and managing multiple tasks.

Defends insureds in Florida property, bodily injury, and construction defect litigation from pretrial through post-trial resolution. Responsibilities include developing litigation strategies, managing pleadings, motions, discovery and depositions, meeting carrier reporting requirements, collaborating with claims teams and clients, and analyzing case performance.
