Represent Beer Capitol brands at events and retail locations, run product samplings and promotions, engage customers, assemble displays, report feedback to management, and support promotional campaigns.

Sell beer, wine, and liquor to on-premise accounts; manage and grow account portfolio; conduct outreach via phone, email and digital channels; process orders and resolve inquiries; collaborate with sales and delivery teams; use CRM and Microsoft Office to track activity and reporting; support e-commerce initiatives; monitor industry trends and compliance.

Lead and supervise the chain sales division to grow off-premise sales and distribution. Manage key chain accounts, execute brand programs, set team goals, coach sales reps, conduct audits, coordinate with suppliers, monitor pricing and promotions, and ensure compliance with alcohol regulations while supporting sales meetings, reporting, and special projects.

Develop and deliver category management plans and retail space/assortment solutions for assigned accounts using data, shopper insights and category software. Collaborate with sales and chain management to present set proposals, execute store resets, track distribution and sales, maintain retailer databases, and ensure compliance with product, promotion, and alcohol distribution regulations.
