Manages a beverage sales territory by developing customer relationships, achieving sales and distribution goals, merchandising products, maintaining inventory and displays, supporting retail and on-premise accounts, entering orders in eoStar, and assisting with promotions, training, collections, and urgent deliveries.

Build and maintain customer relationships across on-premise and off-premise accounts, grow product distribution, manage sales activities, introduce brands and promotions, merchandise products, monitor inventory and market trends, and achieve territory goals. The representative also provides customer training, supports displays and point-of-sale programs, collaborates with internal teams and suppliers, and participates in occasional events, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Represents Beer Capitol’s beverage brands at bars, restaurants, retail stores, and public events. Conducts tastings, giveaways, interactive games, and branded experiences; engages consumers; provides product information; assembles and dismantles displays; and reports event outcomes and feedback to management. Requires an outgoing, professional, organized, customer-focused approach, product knowledge, reliable transportation, and availability for nights and weekends.

Develop and present category management plans and store shelf sets for retailers, leveraging data and shopper insights. Collaborate with sales and suppliers to grow assortment, space, promotions, and distribution; track results, perform pre/post analyses, install resets, and maintain account/product data and regulatory compliance.
